STATEMENT ON SHARKS HALLOWEEN NIGHT

06/16/2016 9:48 AM -

JACKSONVILLE - The Sharks have consistently had a Halloween in June night over the last several years.  It has always been a fantastic theme night allowing fans and staff to dress up in a myriad of characters ranging from extremely fun and loving characters to the evilest of horror film villains. Due to the recent tragedies in Orlando, we are asking all Sharks fans to dress appropriately during this theme night.

“Our fans continue to be the most creative in the Arena Football League.  I strongly encourage our fans not to dress up as horror film villains, stated Sharks Operating Manager Jeff Bouchy.  While we all love Halloween and want everyone to have as much fun as possible during this game, please be sensitive to the state of our country and our friends in Orlando.  Our fans will be representing our city to a national television audience on CBS Sports, so I know we will do our city proud in the wake of this terrible tragedy.”

The Sharks play the Orlando Predators on Sea Best Field at Jacksonville Veteran’s Memorial Arena this Saturday night at 7pm.
