TULSA, OKLA. – The Jacksonville Sharks (9-1) remain in the top spot of the Week 11 Coaches’ Poll, receiving a maximum 17 first place votes following their 62-55 victory over the Georgia Force (5-5). Jacksonville earned its ninth straight victory with the only loss coming from the second-ranked Arizona Rattlers (8-2) in Week 1. Veteran quarterback Aaron Garcia threw for 279 yards and eight touchdowns in the win and secured himself as a favorite for National Guard MVP honors. The Sharks have a bye in Week 12 before heading to New Orleans (2-8) to face the VooDoo.

The Rattlers earned the only other first place vote and remained in second place following a tight 61-53 road win over the New Orleans VooDoo. The Rattlers have a one-game lead over the Chicago Rush in the National Conference. Arizona will travel back home as they host the Cleveland Gladiators (6-3) on Saturday, May 28 at 10:00 p.m. EST.

The Chicago Rush (7-3) moved into the third spot of the Poll after their 69-57 win over their Central Division rival, Dallas (6-4). Rush quarterback Russ Michna was nearly perfect in the win, going 20-of-24 for 264 yards and seven touchdowns. The Rush have another crucial division matchup this week against the Tulsa Talons (4-6), who defeated them in Week 9. The game is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, May 29.

Orlando (6-3) fell to fourth place, following a Week 11 bye. The Predators get back to business in Week 12 against the Milwaukee Mustangs (3-6) on Thursday, May 26 at 8:00 p.m. EST. This will be Orlando’s fifth road game of the season.

The Cleveland Gladiators (6-3) jumped two spots in the Poll after a 59-41 win over the Philadelphia Soul (3-7). Gladiator’s wide receiver Robert Redd had a stellar performance on offense and special teams, catching eight passes for 113 yards and four touchdowns. He also tallied 135 kickoff return yards. Cleveland will now head to Arizona to face Nick Davila and the second-ranked Rattlers.

The Vigilantes dropped to number six in the Poll following their road loss to Chicago. The Vigilantes have lost two straight after winning their previous four. Dallas hosts the Pittsburgh Power (5-4) in Week 12 on Saturday, May 28 at 8:30 p.m. EST. The Utah Blaze (5-4) moved up two spots in the Poll following an impressive home victory over division rival, San Jose (5-5). The Blaze head to Iowa (2-7) to face the Barnstormers on Friday, May 27 at 8:05 p.m. EST. Utah is 1-3 on the road this season.

San Jose dropped two spots in the Poll following a 68-76 loss to the Utah Blaze. The SaberCats have lost three straight games, after winning their previous three. The SaberCats look to get back on track at home against quarterback Brett Elliot and the Georgia Force (5-5) on Saturday, May 28 at 10:30 p.m. EST. The Force rounded out the top 10 following their 41-59 loss to top-ranked Jacksonville in Week 11.
