JACKSONVILLE, FL – The Jacksonville Sharks travel to Oklahoma to face the Tulsa Oilers on Saturday night.  Jacksonville looks to snap a 3-game skid and secure a huge victory that can lock up the second seed and a home playoff game. The Oilers come into the contest determined to secure a playoff spot of their own. Each team is viewing this game as a must-win.

The Oilers are on a 6-game winning streak and hope to get to 7 with a win against the Sharks.  The Sharks are looking to sweep the Oilers after a dramatic comeback win, (41-34) in Jacksonville earlier this season. For the Sharks, they'll need to play a complete game.  Offense, defense, and special teams need to be at their best. The Oilers will rely on their top-ranked passing attack. Oilers' WR Jerminic Smith Sr. is a league leader in both touchdowns and receptions and will be a key player of interest that the Sharks secondary will need to pay close attention to.

The Sharks need to return to their earlier offensive output and put pressure on the Oilers' defense. To turn things around, the Sharks will rely on QB Sammy Edwards to lead the way and continue feeding his electric receivers. The Sharks have moved the ball well the last few games but have had problems crossing the goal line. More scores and more stops equals wins.  Coach Harrell needs to get the defense ready to go.  When the Sharks get pressure on the QB good things happen.  The Sharks will need to step it up to end the Oilers winning streak and get the big road win.
