Terrance Plummer II

  • Title
    Strength Coach

Terrance Plummer II is a standout professional linebacker whose career has been defined by leadership, clutch performances, and an unwavering competitive edge across multiple levels of football — from high school dominance to collegiate legacy and professional impact in the NFL, CFL, and XFL.

A product of Orange Park High School, Plummer went on to make his mark at the University of Central Florida, where he became a two-time All-Conference selection, a respected team captain, and the heartbeat of UCF’s defense. Over his collegiate career, he appeared in three bowl games, posting a 2–1 record, and etched his name in program history during the Fiesta Bowl, where he was named Defensive MVP after a commanding performance on the national stage. His elite production and leadership also earned him recognition as a Sports Illustrated Honorable Mention All-American.

One of the most defining moments of his college career came in a gritty performance against BYU his senior year, where after learning of the passing of his uncle just a day prior, Plummer delivered one of the most emotional and dominant games of his life — 18 tackles, 5 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 1 forced fumble, and 1 fumble recovery — a display that solidified his reputation as a relentless competitor and emotional leader.

Following his collegiate success, Plummer signed with the Washington Redskins, appearing in three NFL games after a standout preseason campaign. He later spent time with the Minnesota Vikings before taking his talents to the CFL, signing with the Toronto Argonauts in 2017. That same year, he became a Grey Cup Champion, delivering a signature career moment in the Eastern Final with a game-winning, game-altering pick six against the Saskatchewan Roughriders, a play still remembered by Toronto fans as a defining moment of their championship run.

Plummer continued his professional journey in the XFL, first with the Tampa Bay Vipers and later with the Orlando Guardians in 2023, where he finished the season graded as PFF’s number one ranked linebacker in the league, proving once again that his high-impact style of play translates to every level of competition.

Through every chapter of his career, Terrance Plummer II has embodied toughness, leadership, and big-game mentality — a linebacker built for moments that matter most.
