Transaction Notes: Jeremiah Payton signed with the Sharks for the 2024 season. 

College: Payton played college at the University of Miami as a wide receiver who stands at 6’1 and 195 lbs. As a freshman Payton saw action in four games. He had one reception in Miami’s home opener against Bethune-Cookman with an impressive 23-yard reception. During the 2020 season with the Hurricanes he saw action in seven games. He had five receptions totaling 35 yards against UAB, Virginia, NC State, and Virginia Tech. 

Personal: Jeremiah is from Neptune Beach, Florida and played high school ball for Duncan U. Fletcher High School.
