Transaction Notes: Tyler Huff signed with the Sharks on May 20th for the 2025 season.
Professional: Huff made his Sharks debut on May 24, 2025, against Fishers Freight. In his first game, he recorded 72 rushing yards, three rushing touchdowns, and 37 passing yards. Throughout the 2025 season, Huff recorded a total of 18 rushing touchdowns, 108 total touchdowns, 67 completions, 116 passing attempts, 3 interceptions, 737 yards, 12 passing touchdowns, and 42 long passes in 7 total games. Averaging 11.0 yards per passing attempt and 105.3 yards per game.

In his career at Furman, he averaged 55.9 rushing yards per game, 176.9 passing yards per game, and totaled 27 touchdowns (rushing and passing). Before transferring, Huff earned 2023 Southern Conference Offensive Player of the Year. Huff spent his last year of college football playing at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. He ended on a high note averaging 103.3 rushing yards per game, 167.6 passing yards per game, and totaled 27 touchdowns (rushing and passing) leading the Gamecocks to a 2024 Conference USA Football Championship win.
Personal: Huff is from Orange Park, Florida. He attended Ridgeview High School, becoming the all-time leader in passing for both yards and touchdowns. He committed to Presbyterian College in 2019.
